Fun Facts about ME!
This year will be my 7th year teaching! I have taught Pre-k and 1st grade at CCES!! I have grown up in Bartow County Schools. I attended Hamilton Crossing, Woodland Middle, and Woodland High! I feel honored and proud to teach for the same county I grew up in! This school system will ALWAYS hold a very special place in my heart.
I don’t really have a favorite subject! I love interacting with kids and watching them discover and learn new things!
My favorite color is coral. (But truthfully, I love all bright colors!)
My favorite season is fall! So many great things about it! Cooler weather, bonfires, and or course FOOTBALL! ROLL TIDE!! 🐘 🏈 ❤️
One big fact about me that many don’t know is that when I was 16 I played on a little league 16u softball team! We finished 1st in the US and 2nd in the world! We were beat by Puerto Rico 1-0! This was a very exciting experience that taught me a lot about myself! I learned how to be a good teammate and player! I gained many memories I will cherish forever! (I also played with another teacher from CCES 😉)
I love teaching at CCES! I have made many friends over my time here! Working with friends makes for a much more enjoyable atmosphere! We work hard at CCES for the students and will stop at nothing to help them learn and grow!! Go Lions!
